Request for Proposals for Matchmaking Services – ICOE 2016 in Edinburgh, UK
Marine Renewables Canada invites firms to submit a proposal for trade consulting services to provide matchmaking support for Atlantic Canadian marine renewable energy companies (technology developers, project developers, utilities, consulting firms, and suppliers) who will be participating in the upcoming mission to the 6th International Conference on Ocean Energy (ICOE) in Edinburgh, UK from February 23-25, 2016. The event will take place at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC).
Marine Renewables Canada and its current partners are organizing a Marine Renewable Canada pavilion as part of ICOE 2016 in Edinburg, UK for approximately 25-30 (to be confirmed) companies involved in the marine renewable energy and related supply and services sectors. Some (those who opt-in) participants in this pavilion will have access to matchmaking services for business-to-business meetings. We anticipate up to 15 Atlantic Canadian companies will participate in the matchmaking.

PROPOSALS are DUE on Monday, November 9, 2015 by 11:59 pm (Atlantic time). It is anticipated that the contractor would begin work immediately upon approval to proceed.
